Lately…
I think one of the hardest things I that I honestly had faced is that my mind grew a lot faster than my body. I could say i was about three of four more years separated from my head and for the number of reasons why that happened, well they’re not important.
It was rather hard to fit in and very often I resorted to take advantage of my youth and approached life child-like rather than childish, which can inspire a first impression that’d label me immature. But for those people, it was always somewhat of a culture shock how intimidating and serious my persons could become.Because I could never succumb to a sort of wreckless abandon I’ve always wanted anymore, I just was almost like a joke.
Somewhere along the way, I found great peace in realizing my body had finally caught up to my mind nearing graduation, but it was that realization that my mind began to grow again at a rate that now 19 going on 20, I’m a little dissatisfied my body is aging so slowly.
At least now things are easier, and something inside me is begging to live. I can love knowing it’s alright to still be alone. I don’t have to throw myself away because in this moment I don’t quite fit.
You can only treat someone like MEAT if they are
deadto you.
I said that when I was so sure when nobody loved me, I was sure I love no one. Something about sexualizing is a means to know someone means less to you. When a pig is no longer a pig and becomes a piece of meat, they’ve died and gone cold long before you’ve even approached it.
And at some point, it even applied to myself. I wanted to throw myself away to anyone, the bones that were left without a desire for life.
I didn’t love myself.
I didn’t care.
And well, no one else did either Also, none too many really knew.
But to my surprise, one day I did. Maybe it was the day I had to learn to love the sound of my voice if I wanted to make it in music.Who knows?
All i know is I accept how things ended up. That I’ve grown a little older, a little wiser and that maybe it’s the only thing that’s getting me from past to present to future.
